Like all of you, we at CW+ could not have foreseen the series of events that have so profoundly shaped and impacted our lives and our organisation over the last twelve months.
In the spring, over a matter of weeks, the charity’s strategy, priorities and working practices were radically redirected and CW+ needed to transform quickly into an organisation responding to a local and national emergency. It is a huge credit to the charity team that they were able to manage this shift so effectively. Thanks to these efforts and the enormous contribution also made by our Boards, Committees and external leadership groups, we were able to play our part in helping teams across Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust manage the extraordinary challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our Report designed by people reflects the hard work within the hospital and the positives we can take to move forward.
