Andrew, who set up people in 1995, has over 25 years of experience in the design industry working with some of the UK’s leading companies, initially working as a retail graphic designer with brands such as Clarks Shoes and Caffe Nero, he then went on to work in the Corporate world on numerous Annual Reports, floatation proposals, presentations and exhibitions.
His experience also covers working in the third Sector, working with many of the major charities, VSO, The Alzheimer’s Society, Booktrust and National Literacy Trust. His personal approach and eye for detail has been very successful in this sector and has helped these organisations develop strong communications, winning a media award with VSO for his work on their magazine.

Carl has over 25 years experience in the arts and music industry. In that time he has worked for some of the leading names in the sector, including as a designer for ID Magazine and as Art Director for Getty Images.
Carl is also a photographer and has a library of over 10,000 images. He has worked for the team for over 15 years.
Christine, studied with Andrew at Art College and has over 20 years experience in the design industry, working extensively in the music and publishing sector, she also has many years branding and Annual Report experience.
Owen`s background is architecture and after qualifying he worked as a freelance for several years, providing a service for many practices and specialising in architecture, landscape and urban design. Now Owen has combined his love of sketching and design flair to forge a career in illustration. He is as happy making on the spot sketches at events and on location as he his working up professional frames in the studio, and brings a unique, tailored style to all the work he undertakes.
