Best For You will combine physical and mental health care across digital, community, day, and inpatient settings. The new model of care is initially based in North West London, with digital resources for young people across the UK. We designed and built a strong brand and website to launch the project for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. We know that there are serious problems in the provision of mental health support for young people. Young people’s experiences of CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) all too often includes fragmented services, a lack of early intervention, long waits for treatment, and poor transitions from child to adult care. In response, a group of leading NHS organisations have come together with young people to create Best For You, a transformative new way of delivering mental health services for young people.
