people, worked with PR company MBComms, author Barbara Taylor Bradford and the Sunday Times on a writing competition, aimed at girls aged 11-18 whole in the UK. The competition was a great success in its first year and we look forward to working on the project in the years ahead.
ABOUT THE COMPETITION
Literary powerhouse Barbara Taylor Bradford OBE has joined forces with The Sunday Times to help discover the next generation of young female writers.
Barbara knows a thing or two about writing great stories. She had her first short story published when she was 10-years-old and, once she saw her name in print, she knew she wanted to be a writer. Since then, she’s written 30 best-selling books which have been published in over 40 languages and in more than 90 countries and has sold over 88 million copies to date!
Barbara will be judging the competition along with a number of other top experts.
There’s some amazing, money can’t buy prizes to be won too and a chance to get you story published.
